It is a 5 minute walk from Royal Victoria Park which has a fantastic play area, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and mini golf. It is also 5 minutes from an 18 hole golf course and around the corner from one of Bath`s best gastro pubs, Chequers, known for its fabulous Sunday lunches! Nearby is the pedestrianised street of Margaret’s Buildings which offers a selection of galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. Also in the nearby St James’s Square there is a delicatessen, chemist, newsagent, green grocer and florist.

1 permit is provided with this property allowing you to park in residents parking by the property. Alternatively the bus and bath spa railway stations are a 10-15 minute walk away.
