Train station in the village with trains to Nice, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Italy and beyond. Taxi ranks is nearby. The apartment is in the centre of the village close to all amenities, banks, bakers, exchange bureau, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, hairdressers, chemist, laundrette, dry cleaners. Notes: Situated on the third floor NO LIFT The property was completely renovated and re decorated in winter 2006. The balcony looks over the mountainside, beautiful evening outlook up to the old fort and the surrounding mountainside, looks lovely lit up at night times. This is what the French call a charming building, old with lots of character, large French windows and the shutters provide adequate air ventilation (air conditioning), Hair-dryer, DVDs, board games, books. Bono, Elton John, Jack Nicholson. The location is featured in James Bond, Mr Bean, To Catch a Thief, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Bucket List and many many more films Monaco, Monte Carlo, Bus or Train 10 mins. St Jean Cape Ferrat 5 mins. 10 mins walking. Nice, Eze, 10 mins by bus/train. Cannes, Monton, 25 mins by bus/train. Grass 40 Mins bus/train. Italian border is not to far and suggested visits would be Ventimilia for the massive market days 40 mins by Train. Santa Remo 1hr By Train.

A Charming find close to the historic part of the village and the shops. The owner allowed my children use of the bicycles and toys which are stored in the cellar. The apartments is located superbly its cool in the hot sun and cosy at night time and away from the bustle of Nice. We had a lovely time and the beach is very close. There is an antique market around the corner at the weekends I can see why its an artists haven. Very enjoyable stay.

Situated in a great location in the village. Easy to reach from Nice Airport. charming and relaxing. very central to all amenities. The children enjoyed being close to the beach and cafes . The apartment is situated in a very relaxing spot.
The train station is nearby but you would not notice it was there. We saw Garry Barlow in the village. (Take That) recommended for families and couples

French atmosphere with the old church bells ringin

Charming apartment close to the citadel and in the old village. Walking distance to the beach, great location, wonderful French atmosphere with the old church bells waking you in the morning and reminding you that it’s time to get up and enjoy the location. The train station in the village took us to Italy and we enjoyed the Friday markets at Ventemialia its very easy to reach Monaco by bus or train on the bus its half an hour on the train its 10 minuets

It’s a very friendly village cosy apartment

We stayed here and found the apartment met all our needs. We didn’t use our car much at all but it was handy. The property was very clean, the shower room was small but adequate we enjoyed the family atmosphere as well as the sea there are many children’s play areas nearby including a football pitch. It’s a very friendly village and family very popular with the British
