This stunning apartment is brand new (Completed May 2009) and is furnished in a contemporary style and to a high standard. The apartment is in a superb location, set back from the road in a quiet complex, but very close to a wide selection of local and international restaurants. A beautiful sandy blue flag beach is approx 1,000m away, approximately a ten-fifteen minute walk. The exclusive Royal Sea crest complex benefits from two main pools, with pool showers, plus a children's pool. There is an indoor gym (unlimited free usage included) and jacuzzi. The complex has landscaped gardens and benefits from a children's play area. The Paphos area offers a variety of activities from golf (3 courses) to go-karting, relaxing on the beach to skiing or walking in the mountains. Paphos is a world heritage site and contains a wealth of archaeological sites. The Tomb of the Kings is located across the road. If you like to be pampered then the 5* Espa spa is at the Elysium hotel 800m away

The apartment is situated in a secluded area between the Tombs of the Kings area and Kato Paphos less than 1000m the sea. Well located, it is in a quiet spot yet only a few minutes walk to numerous bars and restaurants and to the sandy public beach. It is also only 800m from the 5* Elysium Hotel offering high quality Spa facilities and further leading restaurants. The harbour area, with its numerous seafood restaurants, is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk along the coast path and you can reach the old town within 10 minutes. Ancient Roman and Greek sites are plentiful around Paphos these include the Tomb of the Kings (5 min walk), the harbour area and the World Heritage site that houses the famous mosaics. Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and watersports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas. The best sandy beach can be found at Coral Bay, a short drive along the coast.

Notes: The apartment is on the ground-floor and has a garden with a gate that can be closed, making it very good for young children. Two sun loungers are provided for use in the garden and communal sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pools. The complex benefits from a children's play area. The apartment is wheelchair accessible - there are several steps up to the front door, but only one small step up from the rear, accessed via the terrace from the pool area. Complimentary Starter Pack - includes basic essentials, such as toilet rolls, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, etc, is provided to all our guests. Local Restaurants - Some Examples: Youkoso - Tomb of the Kings Ave (5 minute walk) - Japanese, Sushi, Sashimi and Teppenyaki We have enjoyed a couple of great meals here at the teppenyaki tables! Oliveto - Tomb of the Kings Ave (10 minute walk) - Hot Stone Grill, amazing argentinian steak and selection of seafood cooked on a hot stone at the table. Great wines too with a really good shop attached. A firm favourite - we make sure we pay a visit every stay! The Pelican - Paphos Harbour (25 minute walk along the new coast path / 5 minute taxi) - good local seafood in a setting where you can watch the boats and the world go by. Chloes - Tomb of the Kings Ave (10 minute walk) - Great Chinese food Epicurian, O'Shins Sushi, Mediterraneo - Elysium Hotel (5 minute walk) - A selection of six restaurants including an open air restaurant overlooking the sea serving fresh fish. Fat Mamas - Tomb of the Kings Ave (5 minute walk) - Italian American Restaurant, huge portions with great friendly service.

Royal Seacrest is a secure complex with barrier entry for vehicles (barrier card provided). Communcal Sun Loungers and umbrellas are provided by the pools. We can recommend a babysitter if required. Taxi transfers can be arranged for €30 each way.

This does exactly what it says on the tin!! We had a fantastic time in this apartment, it is a luxury, clean and well equiped property and makes your holiday so much easier. We had 2 young children (8 months & 3 years) and found the gated patio/garden area perfect and of course being ground floor you have only a couple of steps to the front door and no balcony to worry about. It is a really quiet area yet a short stroll or 2 minute drive from the bars/restaurants/shops. We would have no hesitation in going back or recommending it to friends/family. The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they came back to us with useful information often within minutes of the request!! In our opinion well worth holidaying here!!!

The property itself was of a very high standard. It was ideally located for the pool (i.e. being ground floor and only a few steps from it).
The apartment and the complex were clean and well maintained abd the facilities in both were very good.
Although close to restaurants and bars as the crow flies, walking to them was longer and more circuitous than first thought unless negoitiating a dirt track which at night was dark and pretty difficult.
The harbour, via the coastal path, is a lovely place to take a stroll to and eat in the many restaurants. The places close to the complex are plenty; our favorites being Fat Mama's and some of the more authentic greek places on the Tomb of the Kings Road.
The bus service is also very good and well worth the money. Coral Bay was a lovely beach with some tremendous watersports.
Overall a very good choice for a holiday.

cath and andy preston july 2009 2 weeks what an enjoyable holiday we had in your apartment tastefully decorated in a great location pools and jacuzzi very enjoyable friendly family complex bars shops restaurants 5 10 min walk. Taxi pickup very good service arranged by owner we would recommend this apartment to friends and would return in the future there are some great boat trips from harbour thanks again to owners for the use of this great holiday home

We had no problem in finding the apartment from directions that were supplied, on arrival we found the apartment as described. nice and close to the pool without having to climb stairs or get in lifts etc.
I would certainly recommend others to stay at this apartment.

I thoroughly recommend time out in this delightful apartment with everything you could need for a week or two in the sun. Easy access to the swimming pools directly from the apartment means cooling off is easy to do. Walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach and a stroll along the waterfront to the picturesque harbour. Spa treatments at the Elyssium hotel just down the road to bring you into exactly the right "space". History or watersports or reading a book in the cool of the lounge ... the choice is yours.
Apartment's beds are comfortable, living space is welcoming and dining on the terrace makes you realise how delightfully far from home you are. Everything you could need including a TV/DVD and a stereo to while away your time. Other people in the complex are friendly and the occasional invite for a BBQ on a roof terrace makes for a diversion.
Owners are friendly and the property manager very helpful.

Have a holiday precisely as you want it to be :-)
