Located in the unspoilt south-east corner of the island, this villa stands on the edge of the tiny village of Es Llombards, only 500m from the local supermarket and restaurants ideal for people seeking peace and quite. The property has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining-room with its open-plan kitchen and a dining-table seating up to ten people is ideally suited for family meals. A number of generously-proportioned French windows make for ease of communication between the interior and exterior of the house. The extensive garden, edged with lush vegetation, features a large swimming-pool partly surrounded by teak decking, an ample supply of sun-loungers and sun umbrellas, and a well-shaded porch area equipped with all the necessary garden furniture for dining al fresco or relaxing over drinks. Es Llombards is equipped to the very last detail including air-conditioning, satellite TV and internet.

Es Llombards is a small, peaceful village on the East Coast of Mallorca, 50km from the airport. Just beyond is the picturesque, sandy cove beach of the same name, whilst attractive Santanyi with all amenities, including a local market is an easy 10 minute drive. Many excellent local restaurants lie scattered around the area and the coastline boasts a lovely choice of family friendly sandy coves all within easy distance.

Very nice house, great area

We spent two week in Es Llombards last summer and had a lovely time. The house is impecable with everything brend new and well kept. It´s also very comfortable as all the rooms are on the same floor hence no tidious floors to go up and down. Fantastic swimming pool too as it is huge. Trees need a little more time to grow (one can notice the property is new as all the plans are still small).
The area is lovely as it is very peaceful and you can walk to the local supermarket (that has a fair stock of products). We also went to the market at Santanyi which is well worth going to to buy frech vegetables and fruit. Beaches are also very nice (mind you, if you want to park anywhere close you will have to get there earlier)!

We enjoyed our experience very much and are looking forward to going again this year! Jill& Thomas
