  • The minimum letting period is generally for one month. Shorter letting periods are by special arrangement only. The letting prices are per week and per lodging. A security deposit of €3,000 is required at check-in and is refunded on departure assuming there is no damage to the property.

  • Arrivals and Departures: Check-in is at 16.00 hrs. and check-out is at 10.00 hrs. On arrival you will be met by our representative who will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of a security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.
  • Cancellation: You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the booking date, however no refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the booking. We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover you for cancellations/lost or theft of your personal property.
