Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (S African Rand) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• PLEASE NOTE:
  The house & cottage can be rented as SEPARATE UNITS. You can enquire about these rates via email. The rates quoted above are for BOTH the house AND cottage.
  
  • A 50% deposit of total quoted amount upfront.
  • The remaining 50% to be paid in full one month prior to arrival & taking occupation.
  • A 20% breakage deposit is required in addition. This can be paid with the 2nd installment.
  • Cancellation 1 month prior to date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
  • Any cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
  • We are also prepared to negotiate a lower nightly rate for lengthy stays (i.e. 2 weeks or more).
  • The daily rate includes the servicing of the unit twice a week. Should you require the services of our housekeeper more frequently, this can be arranged at a daily rate of R165/day (double rates on Sundays & Public Holidays).
