Beyaz Ev - A Contemporary White Villa situated in the heart of the exclusive marina resort of Gocek, overlooking pine forests, in conservation area just a few minutes walk to the town's restaurants, shops, marina and waterfront. Spacious outdoor terraces, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, infinity pool and landscaped garden.The house is beautifully furnished .All bedrooms lead out to large balconies with seating. Indoor dining area, large sitting room with fireplace and three, three seater sofas, TV room with TV/DVD player. Two double bedrooms, one with en suite bath/shower room. One twin room. Spacious shower room on first floor and ground floor, small shower room on second floor and double sofa bed. Beautiful hand made wooden furniture and travetine tiling throughout. Air conditioning in all sitting rooms and bedrooms. Linen, towels and beach towels provided. Parking. Automated gate system. Pool and balconies look out onto stunning pine forests, ideal for leisurely walks.

The villa is set at the foot of stunning pine forests, but only minutes walk from all that Gocek has to offer - walk and dine along the magnificent water front, take a day trip on a gulet around the twelve islands, stopping to swim in the warm, turquoise sea or laze on the beach on Gocek island. Gocek is ideal for those seeking a quiet, idyllic holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty. However, superbly located, it is only a mini bus ride away from the busier town of Fethiye - great for its markets and shops, or various other excursions, including trips to Dalyan, or the ancient city of Kuanos. Take a trip to the mud baths, visit the many ruins, see the turtles, or venture further and visit Olu Deniz or the amazing Saklikent Gorge. Alternatively, simply enjoy the day at one of the various beaches along this fabulous coastline.

Notes: We do not consider the property suitable for young children or the elderly or infirm, however, we would welcome children aged twelve and over. There are solar panels to heat the water and an emersion system for when sunshine is limited. The TV lounge has an 'L' shaped sofa which is also a sofa bed and the large lounge has a welcoming open fire, should you be visiting during the colder months. It is possible to arrange for a cook, subject to notice and availability, who will come to the house and prepare your meal. This is an additional service and the cost is payable locally. The large pool (10 x 5 metres) is maintained on a daily basis and both garden and pool present a stunning night time view when lit. The villa is perfectly located for combining with a few days sailing, and we may be able to assist you in chartering a yacht for this purpose.

We stayed in this Villa Sept 09 and it was absolutley beautiful. The house, garden and pool are maintained to a 1st Class standard by lovely people and the villa is only a short walk from Gocek centre. Can't wait to go back. We cannot fault this villa in any way - thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed it.
