This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse comes with a spectacular fairway view. This wonderful villa has been completely renovated from new kitchen with granite counters, renovated baths and new furnishings. Just the tops!!! On the 1st floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area. The master suite with king bed and private bath is also located on this level. On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bedrooms.

The 1st guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twins (these twins can be made up as a king upon request)and has a private bath. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twins and has access to the hall bath that is adjacent to this bedroom. This villa has a private deck, is exquisitely decorated and conveniently located near Shipyard's racquet club and the beautiful Crown Plaza Hotel. The Greens has a private on-site pool. The beach is within easy 7 minute walk, and golf is only a mile away. A bike path running alongside the villas provides easy access to the amenities of the plantation. 3BR, 3BA, 1 King, 4 twins.
