C’an Segura is a fabulous villa situated in Marina; the much sought after area surrounding Pollensa golf, a perfect location, peaceful, beautiful, yet easily accessible and close to all the local amenities. Fully air conditioned, with a pool, mature gardens, an outside kitchen with a wood burning stove, barbecue, gas hob, fridge, stone sinks with fresh running well water and a teak table and chairs all under a lovely covered porch that also offers a shower room and WC. For the entertainment of younger family members there is a basket ball hoop, a variety of board games and digital plus T.V, offering cartoons in English. The pretty old town of Pollensa is unspoilt and just 3km away with fantastic restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We also have a prestigious country hotel just 1 km away with excellent spa facilities for those wishing to really pamper themselves. The lovely beaches of Cala San Vicente are just 6km away, the lovely beach of Puerto Pollensa is just 9 km away. Sleeps 7.

Villa C´an segura is located right next door to the prestigious Pollensa 9 hole golf course, making it a perfect choice for golf enthusiasts. Pollensa golf also offers an excellent restaurant and bar within walking distance of the villa. The old Roman town of Pollensa is just 3km away, it is well worth a visit just to walk around it's pretty streets, however here you will find grocery stores, arts and crafts shops and excellent restaurants. The beaches of Cala San Vincente are less than 6km away and the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa is just 9km, here you will find a variety of water sports with sailing/windsurfing classes available in English, German, French..The mountain Puig de Maria in Pollensa is a famous landmark and takes less than an hour to climb, the monastery at the top serves great paella and the surrounding views are spectacular. We inform our guest of things to do on arrival depending on their individual interests; there is plenty to do to keep everyone happily occupied.

Notes: Our villa offers plenty of space for people to relax, in the outdoor dining areas or on the sun loungers or in the BBQ area. The garden is spacious so there is plenty of room for children to run around in the sunshine. There is a basketball hoop and a swing seat with canopy. The villa has a vegetable garden that the owner cultivates, so we provide some fruit and veg for our guests from the garden when we can. Sleeps 7 people.

The pool and the house are great. you have a place to grill and a big terasse.you can relaxe under the trees or at the pool. you have cleen rooms with aircon and two nice bathrooms in the house. One seperate at the pool.
we enjoyed the wonderful countryside, Pollenca (7min.) and the see (7min.), golf club 3min.
We would book this house again!
The owner is very kind.
