Set in the heart of Westmeath near the historic village of Rosemount this beautifully refurbished bungalow will make an excellent base for your exploration of the Irish Midlands. Modern facilities including oil central heating and turf stove. Located between Dublin and Galway this country getaway is ideally situated between the market towns of Athlone, Mullingar and Tullamore. With Lough Ree and the river Shannon to the west and Lough Ennel to the east you are within easy striking distance of world class fishing, boating and watersports. The nearby town of Kilbeggan is famous for its whiskey distillery and the regular horse racing meetings held throughout the summer season. For lovers of golf the area has numerous top quality golf courses including Glasson and Esker Hills. For the younger crew the local towns boast all modern amenities such as cinemas, swimming pools and bowling. The nearby village has a church, shop and cosy country pub.
