Our Townhouse is located in the luxurious gated Encantada resort. It offers the excitement of being close to the sought after attractions as well as the peace to relax and unwind. The impressive clubhouse houses a games/arcade room, pool table, fitness room, internet, sundry shop, TV/bar lounge, large pool and children's area. The clubhouse is a 1 minute walk from our Townhouse. Our Townhouse has stunning lake views providing privacy to it own splash pool. Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen leads onto the lounge which has its own TV, CD player, DVD player and selection of DVDs and board games. We also have a dining room, clock room and washer/dryer. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, has lake views and its own TV and DVD. Bedroom 2 and 3 are both twin bedded with their own TVs as well as a DVD player in bedroom 2 and an X Box 360 and selection of games in bedroom 3. The airport is only a short journey away and restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins

Our house is located in one of Orlando's most sought after locations, being one of the closest resorts to the attractions making it easier and quicker to get to the action. It's close to Orlando's attractions, being just 5 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. However Florida has more to offer than just world famous attractions! Our house is also close to the shopping malls including The Florida Mall and Orlando Premium Outlet centre, as well as the Mecca of golf courses Orlando has to offer. Restaurants are within 5 minutes of Encantada offering a range of options from fast food chains to refined dining. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes of the house offering the option to save money during your stay. Additional information about rental rates

  • 20% non refundable deposit secures your booking, and the remaining balance will be due 10 weeks prior to the start of your vacation.
    The rental charge is for up to 8 people.
    Please include 13% Florida State tax to your booking.
    Discounts will be considered for bookings over 2 weeks in duration or for late booking deals please call.
    Pool heating is available on request and at a small additional charge.
    Cribs and high chairs are available at a small additional charge.
    A cleaning charge of $70 and a $50 damage liability waiver is required per stay.
    Payment can be made via personal check (in $), Pay Pal or credit card (there is a small charge required for the latter two).

Notes: Our home offers its own splash pool which overlooks the beautiful lake. Additionally we have an X-Box with games, DVD player and DVD, books and board games. Also our house is close to the Clubhouse where you can play with your family in the large clean swimming pool, games room or childs playground, relax in the jacuzzi, take a drink from the bar, workout in the fitness centre or keep up-to-date in the internet room.

Sooo close to Disney!

Had a great family holiday - it was quite and peaceful yet had all the facilities to keep me and the family amused.
It's in a really convenient location - close to Disney, the other attractions, restaurants and shops.
We will definitely stay there again!

Thanks for a fantastic holiday. Your home was perfect - clean, modern, well maintained and had everything in the house to entertain the kids, from DVDs to board games to the X Box. It was also in a beautiful private location overlooking the lake, yet close to the clubhouse for the main pool and facilities.

We will be back!
