We are delighted to be telling you about our property, one of the last group of villas to be built in Jolly Harbour. Situated on the water, with open views of the surrounding areas, with mooring for a large yacht to the rear and parking for a small car or buggy to the front. Paradise beach at South Finger within walking distance and within driving distance of the golf course and all its facilities. We love our home hear in Antigua, 2 Bedrooms upstairs one with an en-suite shower, the other with an en-suite bathroom and balcony terrace overlooking the west and sunsets beyond. Air Conditioning to all rooms keeps you cool in the evening while you sleep, humming birds visit you in the morning when you wake. Downstairs is a large Kitchen-Diner with cable tv and Lounge area overlooking Decked Patio with mooring, plus recently installed new downstairs wc. The area is kept clean and tidy with gardeners beavering away and a weekly maid service. Get up, get dressed and go and explore, book now!

Jolly Harbour is a secure development of similar properties situated over 350 acres, with a real homely feel, you won't need to go anywhere else. Bars like dog watch and restaurants like Mellinis and Saffron call to you during the evening after a wonderful day out in the beautiful sunshine. The harbour is attractive with its yachts and boats gently bobbing in the clear Caribbean sea, ready to take you to trips you can only dream of. Helicopters at your beck and call , beaches to die for this is PARADISE with a capital 'P', We have found a place that we don't really want to tell you about, for fear that you may tell too many people and spoil our 'HAPPY PLACE'. If you go there you will be changed forever, a piece of you stays there every time you go, this place is addictive. The people speak English and drive on the left, they are pleasant and say 'hello' they are disappointed if you forget. An Island of real character and a location close to wherever you want to go, So don't wait GO NOW

Notes: Please be aware that Antigua is extremely hot and that doors and shutters would be better closed during the day to minimise the heat entering the property during the day while you are out, this then minimises the amount that the air conditioning needs to be on to reduce the temperature, please respect this and that then keeps the electricity bills down and keeps the rental costs to a minimum, only trying to save the planet, eat fruit, swim in the sea, go to bed when its dark, get up when the sun rises, it's the Caribbean Lifestyle.
