The villa is in the affluent Casa Nova district of Calpe. It is on a quiet road alongside other exclusive villas. It has off street parking in front of the villa which is securely gated. The accommodation is set over 2 levels. The entrance hall leads into a large spacious open plan lounge-dining room with large comfortable sofa's. The dining room comfortably seats 8 people. (the kitchen also has seating for an additional 4 people if required) The dining/lounge room gives access to a covered terrace over looking the pool with panoramic views.There are stairs from the terrace which lead down to the large pool area. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area and laundry facilities in the adjoining garage.On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom , 2 twin bedrooms and a large double shower room and toilet. All the bedrooms look directly onto the pool area, 8 sunbeds are provided for your relaxation,SKY tv and play station are provided.

Just 50 minutes drive north from Alicante Airport and 60 minutes south from Valencia - host to the motto grand Prix of car and motorbikes - these are within easy access by the motorway. Calpe is within easy reach of plenty of family entertainment should you need it, such as the Terra Mitica and Aqualandia water parks in Benidorm ,you can transport yourself to Benidorm or Denia via the 'Lemon Expressway' (Train) every half hour. There is also easy access to golf, water sports, shops & markets! plenty of other sports or Ideal for that perfect relaxing holiday,Once you've been to Calpe you're hooked for life.

Notes: As the villa is on 2 levels it would seem to be unsuitable for anyone who could not manage the stairs as the bedrooms and pool area are on the lower floor. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard throughout providing a stylish but relaxed feel, ensuring you have a very relaxing & comfortable stay. We have Satellite TV including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & Sky news. There is a selection of DVDs, books, games & children's toys as well as a PlayStation2 for extra entertainment! For the cooler winter months the villa is centrally heated & there is air-conditioning in the warmer months at no extra cost. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. The villa is fully alarmed which can also to used to contact English speaking emergency services.We aim is to provide you with a luxury villa that is equipped to an extremely high standard to leave you satisfied with your holiday- just relax & enjoy!
