Sleeps 8-10 in a beautiful setting close to Oxford, Cheltenham and London.

The property has recently undergone complete and careful renovation and today provides a spacious, welcoming holiday home for families and small groups alike. It has 1 double bedroom (with ensuite), 2 twin bedrooms, and 1 single. It has a large dining room, kitchen, and living area. The enclosed courtyard garden to the front of the property makes it particularly safe for children, and a terrace to eat out on. The glass front to the property matches the contemporary interior and fills it with sunlight. It is set within Chimney Meadows, the largest nature reserve of the BBOWT (Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust). The site totals 250 hectares of wildlife rich land along the banks of the River Thames. The reserve is of national importance for its species-rich wetland meadows that support large numbers of now scarce ground-nesting birds, and provides a haven for curlew, snipe and reed bunting. Oxford, Cheltenham, Cotswolds close. London approx 1.5 hours away. Well behaved dogs welcome

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • To secure your booking you will be asked to pay a reservation payment of 33% of the total rental cost of your booking or the full amount if the booking commences within the next 8 weeks.
    The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
    There is also a damages deposit of £400 payable with the balance and this is returnable shortly after your departure. Payment is by bank transfer or cheque.
    If you are VAT registered then VAT will be added.
    Our prices are based on 8 people staying at the property. We can accept additional people at the property depending on sleeping configurations up to a maximum of 12 people (I.E. an extra 4 people) and we charge a supplement of £75 per person per stay.
    Dogs are charged at £75 each and the usual rules apply (please ask for our T&C's).
  • Our weekly prices are published above.
    Bank holiday weekends or extended weekends (Thursday 4pm to Monday 10am or Friday 4pm to Tuesday 10am) are charged at 85% of our weekly rate.
    Weekend prices (Friday from 4pm to Monday 10am) are calculated at 75% of the weekly rate.
    3 nights mid-week (either Monday 4pm to Thursday 10am or Tuesday 4pm to Friday 10am) at 50% of the weekly rate.
    4 nights mid-week (Monday 4pm to Friday 10am) at 60% of the weekly rate.
