A well equipped detached villa sitting in its own grounds,just 10 minutes by car from miles of sandy beaches the tourists attractions of Denia and Javea whilst nestling ''away from it all'' amongst other similar properties on the prestigious hillside urbanisation of Monte Pego,described as one of the most exclusive residential areas in the Cost Blanca.The 8 x4 pool with Roman steps and terrace are south facing providing all day sun, with a partly covered terrace for those wanting to relax in the shade. There is barbecue and large table for outside dining with a smaller table ideal for eating breakfast alfresco or enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the day begin. The villa is a short 10 minute up hill to the Bella Vista restaurant which provides excellent cuisine, there is also a quiet bar which serves snack foods. There are shops and supermarkets in the nearby town of Pego (featured on Channel 4's A Place In the Sun) and a new shopping centre just 5 minutes away by car.

The villa is situated 4km from the traditional & ancient Spanish town of Pego and is within a 25 minute drive from the cosmopolitan town of Denia with its bustling market stalls and exclusive Marina offering exceptional dining. There are numerous markets in the area and celebrations for all Spanish festivals take place in the town of Pego. An hours drive north will take you to the vibrant city of Valencia which is worth a visit for both cultural and shopping experience. There are four excellent golf courses within 40 minutes drive of the villa,and theme parks are available just 25 minutes away in Benidorm,including one of the largest water parks in Europe. There are numerous beaches to chose from within 10 minutes drive of the villa, with cafe bars & restaurants. The beaches of Javea & Villa Joyosa being within 25 minutes. The urbanisation of Monte Pego itself offers tennis courts, cafe, restaurants, bars, internet access within either walking distance or a short drive from the villa

Notes: All house linen is provided including towels. Beach towels are also provided to give you a little more room in your case. There is also a hair dryer at the villa and hair straighteners. There a numerous books in the Villa and a small selection of DVDs are available as well as a PS2. All accommodation in the Villa is on one level and there is no access to the pool / terrace area from outside. All linens/ towels are changed weekly. The kitchen is well stocked with smoothie makers, juicers, sandwich toasters and a picnic basket for trips out. A welcome basket can be arranged with the contact in Spain if required.
