Newly built luxury villa is located in a residential area just a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro town centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and two beaches. The villa is air conditioned throughout and comprises of sitting/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and guest cloak room on the ground floor; 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with king size double bed and twin bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The doors from the upstairs sitting room and master bedroom open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture and sun lounges to enjoy sun and beautiful sea views. Living/dining room with a comfortable suite, log burning fire, Sky TV, DVD, and CD player. Sliding doors open off to the sun terrace with table & chairs and pool area with sun beds, umbrellas, outside shower and BBQ. Pool with salt water is 4X6m with proper steps. Fenced private garden. Parking for 2 cars.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a 15 min walk from the Carvoeiro village centre and two beaches (partly down the hill). Monte Carvoeiro with good choice of restaurants, bars, super market is about 15 min easy flat walk or 2 min drive. Vila Nova restaurant, pool bar and mini market 5 min walk. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are various beaches around Carvoeiro within short drive. Large Water Park is 8 min drive, Zoo Marine is 15 min drive. Two 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta along with a 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho are located just outside the village and Carvoeiro Tennis Club is 3 min drive or 10 min walk.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Air conditioning is on request: £100 a week.
    Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you.
    As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided. We can also provide a camp bed for one extra child.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
  • Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

Relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful time in Casa Nampara. It is very comfortable and has a lovely salty pool for the kids. The weather was amazing and we are very thankful for all the help and information that we were provided with. It is quite close to Carvoeiro, so we didn’t need a car and we even enjoyed walking to the center of the village. There’s plenty of good restaurants and entertaining bars. We also spent a day in Slide and Splash and had an amazing time. The villa was very welcoming and had everything we needed. It is beautifully furnished and spotless. We would definitely like to have another great holiday in the same villa and recommend it to anybody who would like a relaxing holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
