Very bright and sunny, with a view to the square of Ministriles, with a decor very careful, modern style, and equipped with all kinds of household appliances, household and electronic entertainment. Located in an emblematic building, that was previously in the Jewish quarter but it has currently been restored. Located in the old Madrid in 26 Lavapies Street with great variety in restaurants and shops in your environment, with a further 5 minutes of the commercial epicentre of Madrid: Preciados street, and 10 minutes from Gran Via and Plaza Mayor Chueca where you can find all the shops of the big and cool brands. d A few steps away from La Latina and La Plaza Mayor with its wide selection of gastronomic and leisure, and 2 minutes from the neighbourhood of Huertas and Plaza de Santa Ana. Surrounded by all kinds of transport: metro (lines 1,3 and 5), buses, 5 minutes walk from the Atocha station and nearby. I have other 2 properties in the Historic Centre of Madrid.

All these places can be visited on foot from the apartment. It also is close to the best sites to enjoy the cuisine and night in Madrid: Plaza Santa Ana, La Latina, Chueca, Lavapies.

We really enjoyed our time in Madrid and thought that the location of the apartment was great. We only once used the nearby public transport when we were feeling lazy as the apartment is walking distance of all the major sites.

Much better than a hotel because you get a comfortable lounge and well equiped kitchen.

The shower was quite small but we were both able to shower comfortably.

The ower was great and showed us some great places to eat!

Would recommend for friends and family in future!

Our experience of this apartment was true to the description
Excellent location, a short walk to the Old Town .
From the first contact to enquire re the availability of this apartment to checking out was informative and easy.
We would stay here again and I would recommend to friends without hesitation, have to comment that the noise outside is typical of an inner city location so if its silence you are looking for - this may not be the place for you.
Everything was clean, modern and the photos are an excellent representation.
First time we have used Holiday Rentals and will be using them again following this experience.
