Villa Jessica's attractive, split level accommodation is arranged with the main living area, featuring a larger than average living room with a dinning area seating six. An open fire for cooler months, along with heating in the bedrooms. Fully equiped American kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, one with King size bed, the other has two single beds, and a bathroom. All these rooms are distributed on the first floor. The lower floor, which is accessed via a staircase leading from the sun terrace, has two additional twin room, one with bunk beds and the other a double bed. Villa Jessica is an ideal holiday home with the essentials you need to enjoy a relaxed vacation.

Monte Pego is an exclusive development of privately owned villas and located 10 minutes drive from the market and historic town of Pego and 15 minutes from the Spanish town and port of Denia. Monte Pego offers an internet cafe, two banks, tennis courts, restaurants, and bars with Sky TV, either within walking distance from the villa or a short drive. A relaxed atmosphere with tranquillity, and yet with in easy reach of all the requirements needed for an enjoyable holiday catering for everyone's taste. The nearest supermarkets are in Pego, Vergal and Ondara which boasts of a new commercial centre with shops, bars, cinema, and hypermarket. Denia town dates back to 200BC. A mixture of old and new with a cosmopolitan feel, having exclusive shops, excellent resturants where you can eat a 'Menu Del Dia' from 10 Euros, inc wine to up market international cuisine. Denia is a working port with ferries going to Ibiza, and Majorca. The beaches stretch for 15Kms and have a blue flag.

Generally bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during high season, please ask if you require alternative days and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with a final balance due 8 weeks before departure, together with a breakage deposit of £150.00. This is fully refundable providing there are no major breakages or damage. Full conformation is sent out once you have have made a booking, and directions from your chosen airport along with the Villa keys will be sent recorded post 2 weeks before your departure.

Golf: Professional championship golf courses are with in easy reach of the Villa. Some 12Kms from Monte Pego is La Sella Golf complex. Designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, 72 Par 18 holes. Oliva Golf 10 minuets drive was designed by Severiana Ballesteros, is par 72 with 18 holes. Situated alongside the beach area, with a commercial centre, tennis courts, driving range.
