Spacious luxury two bedroom apartment in the magnificent Duquesa Regent Development. Located on a hillside a short distance from Puerto de la Duquesa, overlooking the Duquesa Golf and Country Club, this apartment has spectacular sea views of the port of Duquesa. The development, set in mature well maintained gardens, boasts state of the art short tennis courts, an adults swimming pool, a large children’s swimming pool and play area, secure parking, and 24 hour security. This two bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people and has all mod cons and is fully furnished to a very high standard. The accommodation includes a large living/dining room with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player, and dining table with six places. The kitchen is fully equipped, both double bedrooms have en suites and there is also a separate guest bathroom. The generous balcony has magnificent sea views, a BBQ, sun lounger and a very comfortable suite of patio furniture – seating plus dining.

The apartment is located in a peacefull secure complex however, within 500 meters of the complex there is a lovely courtyard with a bistro, restaurant and bar – perfect for a spot of breakfast, a lazy lunch or a nice evening dinner. Also located in the courtyard is a hairdressers, beauticians, DVD rental store, newsagents etc. Within walking distance of the apartment is the picturesque village of Duquesa, a very old fishing village which has maintained its local charm. The beautiful Marina is surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants. It also boasts a unspoilt sandy beach for those long lazy days. There are also several championship golf courses in the local area, Finca Cortesin to name but one. Puerto Duquesa has many amenities including fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and tennis. The apartment complex is approx 1 hour from Malaga airport and a half hour from Gibraltar.

What a beautiful beautiful place to stay

Just back from this luxury apt which has everything you need and more, great sea views, fantastic pool, the interior beautifully furnished and the bedrooms very comfortable. The description of the property was spot on. First class service from owner Sheila who is always at the end of a phone. Lots of information with regard to area and attractions not to be missed, plus lovely places to eat very reasonably. I would definately recommend this property to my friends.
