Please share and enjoy our fantastic value luxury villa as much as we do! 4 bedrooms (2 master en suites and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms, 30ft south/south west facing pool & spa with plenty of space for sun loungers, (no immediate neighbours with pools so it's very quiet), covered Lanai area for outdoor dining, games room with air hockey, ping pong & darts, free local, long distance & international phone calls, internet access for use with your laptop plus all the extras you don't get in a hotel room! The villa is tiled throughout (carpet in bedrooms), has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The cathedral ceilings give the villa a wonderful light and spacious 'sunny holiday' feeling. We are located within 5 minutes of supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, golf and within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World. We are located in a quiet residential area off of Highway 27 which is perfectly located between the I4, 192 and Champions Gate. Only 5 minutes to supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants. Various golf courses can be found as close as 10 minutes away. Brand new shopping centre just 2 miles away including Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, Best Buy, JC Penney and much much more...... Walt Disney World can be reached within 15 minutes and Sea World/Universal area within 20 minutes. Being close to the I4 gives quick and easy access to Kennedy Space Centre, beaches on the Gulf or Atlantic Coast, Busch Gardens and much more besides. Our villa is a quick and easy journey from both Sanford and Orlando Airports. Most importantly you go straight to our villa - no need to find the key/check-in anywhere else first - what a bonus!
