Comfortable first floor apartment in quiet residential area near of the splendid beach of Alcudia, ideal for tranquil family holidays, with two bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen with laundry and lounge-dinner with modern furniture open to the balcony and a private roof terrace with sun beds. Nearby there is a supermarket (50m) and some quiet restaurants. The centre of the town with all the amenities is just 15 minute walk. There is something for everyone. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, sports, cultural sites and pubs. (3 adults+ 2 childrens). Dish washer, Air-Conditioning.TV satellite.

Tolle Wohnung für den Familienurlaub

Wir waren für 9 Tage im Oktober in Can Picafort. Diese Wohnung würden wir immer wieder nehmen aus folgenden Gründen:

Sie war sauber.
Jede Menge saubere Wäsche war vorhanden.
Kinderstuhl, Babybett, Bettgitter und Kika sind da (komplettes deutsches Satellitenprogramm)
Joan ist ein netter Gastgeber und auch sehr hilfsbereit, wir wurden freundlich empfangen und freuten uns über das leckere Welcome-Paket in der Küche.
Das Meer ist auch gut mit zwei quengelnden Kleinkindern, der kompletten Strandausrüstung und einer Luftmatraze unterm Arm zu erreichen.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt in 2 Minuten Laufweite in Edekagröße ( Eroski)
Schöne, große Dachterrasse mit Möbeln.
Es war alles da, was wir brauchten.

Sehr freundlich und ideal für Familien mit Kind/er

wir haben im September 2009 für mehrere Tage die praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gemietet und waren sehr positiv überrascht.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde extra ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und wurden vom Vermieter nach 1 Woche komplett gewechselt. Eine gute Waschmaschine und eine Trockengelegenheit auf der Terrasse kann ebenfalls mit verwendet werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und erlaubt es durchaus, auch für mehrere Personen zu kochen. Für unsere kleine Tochter gab es in der nähe ca. 100m einen Spielplatz. An den Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Ein Flachbild Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Kanälen ist ebenfalls vorhanden (ist bei schlechtem Wetter durchaus praktisch).

Perfekt mit Kindern, ruhig

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in einem 4-Parteien-Haus und einer ruhigen Wohnungegend ist perfekt, zumal die im Inserat angegebeben Entfernungen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt und kleiner Gemüseladen, die preise sind okay), Spielplätzen und Strand stimmen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar - auch mit Kleinkindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich,pünktlich, die Kommunikation klappt bestens (Ein umfassend WEB-Fotoalbum vorab und sogar eine freundliche Abschieds-Email nach dem Urlaub)! Die Wohung ist prima für eine vierköpfige Familie geeignet, es gibt genügend Platz und ein eigenes Kinderzimmer ruhig am Ende des Flurs gelegen, es gibt eine Kleinkindausstattung, die Dachterasse (ein Babyphone sendet aus der Wohnung bis aufs Dach) ist kindersicher, es sind alle für eine bequemen Urlaubsalltag nötigen Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind nett und sprechen gut englisch, beantworten gern mal eine Frage. Mit einem Mietwagen kommt man innerhalb 1 bis 1,5 Stunden zum Cap Formentor oder ins Kloster Lluc und sagor bis nach Valldemossa. Der Strand ist perfekt für Kinder, kurzer Weg hin, sauberer Sand und man kann weit ins flache Wasser laufen.
Wenn man sich vorab ein bischen kümmert, kann man inclusive Flug und Mietwagen einen günstigen Urlaub machen.
Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer sauberen, angenehm großen und gut ausgesatteten Ferienwohnung. Joan und seine Wohnung sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehelen!!!
