This holiday apartment is located on the first floor in one of the four prominent blocks (called Puerto Paraiso) which run along the front of Estepona port. This location is one of the more quiet apartments in the port, as most of the noisy bars are far enough away not to be heard. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic gate for both pedestrian and parking access. The Port is one of the main tourist destinations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby beach of Playa del Cristo offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach, 2 beach restaurants and is a great place for children. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbor along the wonderful promenade.

This one bed holiday apartment is ideally located in the centre of Estepona Port. It has a lovely side view of the sea and the harbour from the covered terrace. The good sized lounge is comfortable, clean, has air-conditioning and has been furnished with simple but comfortable modern furniture. It offers the basic English Sky TV, free-to-air TV or you may increase the selection by bringing your own Sky card with you. The Kitchen is new and fully equipped with most things you will need during your vacation. The bathroom is also new. The bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a door that leads out onto the covered terrace that is shared with the lounge. The terrace also has a sofa bed which can sleep two more people. All together this is a nice clean apartment with good furnishing which we like to recommend.

Notes

  • A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week. Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
