This luxury penthouse offers 3 double bedrooms, made as a 1 double and 2 twins. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing area. There is also a large family bathroom. Two extra beds can be arranged on request allowing the property to sleep a maximum of 8 persons comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances which include washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob and oven; there is also an eating area in the kitchen. The large lounge/dining area is bright and spacious and leads out on to a south facing terrace not only with views of the sea but also of the gardens and swimming pools. The lounge is equipped with a 42” plasma TV with surround sound, Sky TV and a DVD player. The spacious roof terrace which is accessed via the spiral staircase in the lounge where you can sit and relax and enjoy the spectacular views while enjoying your evening meal. This beautiful complex also has Mediterranean style landscaped gardens.

LOCATION PUERTO BANUS!: Paraje de Rodeo is situated between Puerto Banus and San Pedro Alcantara within short distance of the port, and right beside the Hotel Lorcrimar thus making it a 15 minute walk to the Puerto Banus and all it has to offer including designer shops, exotic restaurants and the prefect night life all year round. For the children within a 15 minute drive there is Selwo Safari Park, while within a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction they can enjoy the Sea World Centre at Benalmadena Marina or perhaps the Dolphins at Selwo close by or Tivoli World. In Torremolinos there is a huge water park or for the more adventurous the crocodile park! All in all, something for everyone.
