This spacious 2 story guest house can either be rented separately or together with it's main house 'Family Treasure.' Lil' Gem comes complete with a full kitchen, washer/ dryer and 1.5 bathrooms. Lil' Gem is located in the newest section of Beachwalk Phase 3A. This home has 1 Queen and 1 Sleeper sofa. No smoking, no pets.

This home is a Friday - Friday rental.

Turnday: Friday.
