Rurally located finca, yet within walking distance of Jalon village. It is set in the foothills of the mountains, is not overlooked, and affords magnificent views of the valley. The property consists of two double ensuite bedrooms. The finca has the ability to accommodate 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and DVD player and music system. There is central heating and air-conditioning. Ample parking for several vehicles. in the shaded court yard. Pool, and large patio area with sun loungers. Beautiful Mediterranean gardens wrap around the property. Peacefully located in the picturesque wine growing region of the renowned Jalon Valley. Located half way between ALICANTE and VALENCIA airports and approximately 15kms from the nearest beach (CALPE). Ideal for families and couples alike. Local market, local bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The finca is an ideal location for exploring the numerous sights and beaches that abound this beautiful part of Spain.

Within easy driving distance of fabulous beaches at Calpe, Denia, Javiea, Moraira, and Benidorm. Within an hours drive of both Alicante and Valencia airports. Scenic mountain village of Guadalest also easily accessible. The historic cities of Alicante and Valencia can be easily reached by rail or road. There are numerous picturesque villages within the Jalon Valley for the visitor to see on foot or in a vehicle. Festivals run from late July and are bountiful, throughout all the villages. These include processions, fireworks and bull running. There are plenty of local tavernas to enjoy tapas, beer, and good quality cheap local wine, whilst engaging in the local past time of people watching. Each village has its own market where you can sample the freshest seasonal vegetables, fruit and local couriers. They are also local markets,as well as the main supermarket which stocks a variety of English produce. Beaches are wide,gently sloping and family friendly.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are based on 4 people sharing. Additional occupancy charge of forty pounds per person. This is due to additional linen, and washing costs. 10% Non Refundable Deposit required at time of booking. Final payment required 8 weeks prior to holiday. All breakages and damages must be paid for prior to departure. Gas and electricity included in price. Bedlinen and towels provided for use in the accommodation. Please provide suitable towels for the beach and pool use. Saturday changeover. Welcome pack on arrival includes, milk, bread, water, wine and fruit juice. Minimum stay 5 nights.
