Flat 5. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is the height of luxury. The location is exclusive on sunny side Tower Road Seafront. The views across to St Julians Bay and incorporating the Hilton, Sheraton, Casino and Porto Maso are breath taking. It offers the best of both worlds, antique majesty combined with the most up to date modern equipment and comfort. The views from the balcony are so stunning, it will be hard to leave the apartment for sightseeing. However, when you can drag yourself away, have a quick dip in the crystal clear water in the bay in the early morning, have a cappuccino or meal at one of the innumerable cafes and restaurants on the strip, take a stroll along the promenade of an evening. Every amenity is within walking distance - seaside, water polo, cafes, restaurants, news agency, shopping - even night clubs across the bay in Paceville. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. Take a risk, hop on a colourful bus to Valletta or further afield. Or hire a car

Accommodation comprises queen size double bed with reverse cycle air-conditioning and en suite bathroom and spacious twin single bedroom with balcony and ceiling fan. Soft furnishings are insulated and thermal. The large main bathroom has combined lighting, powerful heating and extraction fan equipment, washer and dryer facilities and heated towel rails. The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room is serviced with a powerful reverse cycle air-conditioner that cools the whole apartment. It is ultra modern with all facilities, cable TV, DVD, stereo system. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and all modern amenities and appliances. There are side sea views from the balcony. It faces St Julians Bay with its many restaurants and cafes, the Dragonara Casino, the Hilton and Westin luxury hotels and Porto Maso with its marina & nightlife. Restaurants and cafes as well as nightlife are within walking distance. Walk along the promenade below or enjoy the Independence Gardens from the balcony. All water sports such as diving, sailing, paragliding are within easy reach and swimming is available directly opposite the apartment. Malta is a small island & everywhere is within easy driving reach. Golf, tennis and squash are available at the Marsa Sports Club.Horse riding is available at Marsa & other venues. There is a wealth of historical and archaeological remains; St John's Cathedral, Art & Cultural museums in Valletta; underground caves, Neolithic temples, Hypogeum, Mdina. Take a boat trip around the island or islands of Comino & Gozo or the ferry across to Sicily

During the last few years we stayed a number of times in this apartment both in summer and winter. This spacious apartment has always been very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It is centrally located with supermarkets, banks, shops, cafes, bars, buses and the beach within easy walking distance. Although a car is not necessary, a parking space is available for those who want to see and explore the islands at their convenience.

The owner is particularly helpful and available if needed for tips, advice and recommendations.

We have found that overall this apartment offers very good value if one wants to spend a holiday in this central part of the island. We have recommended it to a few of our friends and they have all been as satisfied as we were.
