All furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses, and utensils are totally new and ready to be enjoyed. Close proximity to all major attractions. One bridge north of Las Olas Blvd and one bridge south of Lauderdale by the Sea. This is the premier location in Fort Lauderdale. Approximately 30 minutes from The new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The surroundings was perfect with walking distance to quiet beaches and situated in a very calm area.

The villa was spatious, pleasant, fully equipped and well cleaned. The outdoor area and the heated pool was very private and cosy.

Rosemarie and her family were very nice and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

This property was an ideal vacation spot. It was impeccably clean, and in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, social and cultural events, yet situated on a nice quiet street with lots of privacy.
The rooms were spacious, and the outdoor courtyard and heated pool were lovely for entertaining or just relaxing.
Also, the owners were extremely accessible and totally accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. Judy.
