Villas are 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Entire complex, including pool was renovated 100% new in January of 2009!!! All furniture, bedding, linens, mattresses, and utensils are totally new and ready to be enjoyed. Close proximity to all major attractions. One bridge north of Las Olas Blvd and one bridge south of Lauderdale by the Sea. This is the premier location in Fort Lauderdale. Approximately 30 minutes from The new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel.

Villa contains four Queen size beds, dining for six, big screen TV, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher and garbage disposal. Villa has two bathrooms, one with glass shower enclosure and the other with full size bathtub. Enjoy the private secluded tropical backyard with retractable electric awning and gas grill. Boat dock with lights adds to this luxury waterfront Villa. Plenty of patio furniture and lounge chairs so you can kick back and watch the huge yachts go by or the super-fast powerboats race past and wave!!!

Clean, fresh and relaxing. Perfect getaway for family. Good location with walk to beach and local retaurants, and just a short ride to super market, mall and everything you need.
