We had a great time, the apartment was very clean, bright and well furnished. The property has beautiful well kept gardens and pool. There are plenty of shops nearby and the main street is only a 5-10 minute walk. Dalyan has plenty of restaurants and great for shopping, especially leather handbags. excellent holiday

We have just returned from our 2nd years wonderful holiday. Once again had an amazing time, apartment has everything that you need for a a great holiday. Enjoyed eating out at the wonderful restaraunts Ramazan Hans and Carreta. Could not fault a thing. Locals all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a day trip to Saklikent and Tlos ruins . Kids had fun hiring the 3 wheeled scooters. Looking forward to next year already.

Fantastic apartment in good location

I stayed in this apartment for a week over June half term (1 adult and 2 children aged 3 & 5). It was perfect for us - only one other couple were staying in the development so we had it to ourselves. Excellent pool (kids couldnt stand but they didnt mind) and it was cleaned every day (8 apartments have use of the pool). The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher & aircon - all very clean and well kept. Supermarkets (and there are lots of them, all very well equipt), restaurants and boats are within walking distance. Kids loved getting the boat to the beach. Go by dolmus/bus to the other end of the beach for the turtle hospital - we visited it most days to see the sick and injured turtles!. The mud baths are great fun. Lots to do and the locals love kids. A very enjoyable and surprisingly relaxing holiday with 2 young children. This was my 2nd time to Dalyan and it wont be the last.

best holiday ever

We have just returned from our first holiday from Turkey and it was our best holiday ever. The apartment was excellent with everything that we needed , not forgetting the wonderful views from all three balconies, it was clean and well equiped.The location was excellent for the town, only a few minutes walk. The 12 island boat trip and mud bathes are a must. The restaraunts all serve excellent food and are all very welcoming. All the locals are friendly. The weather was beautiful. The whole booking experience was excellent and we could not fault a thing.The transfer to and from the airport was on time and the drivers very friendly. A good restaraunt to eat is Ramazans and Sinans Place Last drop cafe and bar. The jeep safari is an excellent day out and very good value, it is excellent for seeing scenery and getting wet when feeling very hot, would highly recomend. Thankyou for an enjoyable holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic apartment in lovely riverside town

This apartment is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday in a charming riverside town. This was our first time in Turkey and we will definitely return. The people are friendly and the food is inexpensive and varied. The weather in July was hot and sunny everyday.There is lots to do in the area - trips by boat to the beautiful turtle beach,boat trips to the mud baths and thermal lake,trips to islands off the coast near Dalyan but it was nice to spend some days chilling out by the superb pool. The gardens are attractive and there is lots of space for sun loungers. The apartment has a great location in Dalyan - less than 5 minutes in to town and the supermarkets are close by. The Thursday market is worth a visit and it is pleasant to walk along the river in the evening with the tombs lit up on the cliff.
The apartment is clean with a well equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, washing machine and a full sized cooke/oven) The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. There is lots of storage space and the living area is spacious. The decor is tasteful and it feels light and airy. The 3 balconies are great - sun or shade available all day.
The booking process was efficient and the owner was very helpful arranging transfers etc.I would unreservedly recommend this apartment.It is a real home from home.
