Accommodation:
The house is set in a 1300m2 plot of beautifully landscaped land, commanding a view over a small lake, crossed by a path leading in the direction of the beach. The architecture is of south-East Asia style designed by the prominent Brazilian architect, David Bastos. The accommodation is in separate units, giving a feeling of space and freedom even when fully occupied as the main living areas are detached from the bedroom areas.
Living room. This fully windowed timber built room stands alone overlooking the swimming pool and barbeque deck. Seating is on two cream leather sofas and three poufs in air-conditioned comfort surrounding a rustic wood coffee table near the drinks bar. On an old carpenters bench houses the television, Brazil's SKY satellite (not to be confused with BSB Sky), DVD player and separate stereo, thus enabling children to watch the television in the lounge, whilst adults can listen to music in the outside bar/ barbeque area and inside dining room.

Pool & Barbecue/ outdoor bar area. This area is equipped with an American Viking gas barbeque fit for the keenest barbeque enthusiast, comprising of various combinations of burners and rotisserie options with two traditional burners alongside, with an interchangeable wok ring and standard grills for pans. An extractor fan and light in the chimney ensures that the food can be cooked to perfection. There is also a small fridge and sink where drinks can be served at the outside bar for a lively pre dinner drink whilst the food is cooking. The food can be served at the fourteen-seater solid wood table, with a retractable sunshade.
The garden. Lawned areas with trees and shrub areas including various types of coconut and palm trees. There are also mango, lime, lemon, cashew, Acerola, carambola and papaya trees as well as passion fruit (obviously we can not guarantee that they will always be bearing fruit).

Security; The whole property is fully fenced and gated, permanently manned by onsite security personnel and equipped with closed circuit television cameras.
