Situated along the 4th fairway of Eagle Bend Golf Club, Montana's #1 500 acre world class 27 hole course, this private luxury vacation home offers the avid golfer the best of the Flathead Valley. Relax on your large deck for evening barbecues and cocktails and enjoy the peace and beauty of Montana. Walk to the Grill at Eagle Bend in the Clubhouse for meals or visit the charming village of Bigfork just minutes away offering live theater performances, gourmet restaurants and fine art galleries. Rent personal watercraft downtown or charter a lake fishing or site seeing trip. Also downtown is the Swan River nature trail that runs along the Wild Mile section of the Swan River perfect for an easy 4 mile hike or bike. Bike rentals are available in downtown Bigfork. Adjacent to the golf course is the Montana Athletic Club housing a complete workout center, pool, racquetball, tennis courts, trainers, yoga and pilates classes as well as massage therapists. Your vacation rental agent has discount passes available for your use at the health club.

The main level of this home has a large living room with gas fireplace and gorgeous views of the wooded area of the course. Chess and checker table available in living area for your enjoyment. Also included is a new 46' flat screen television. The formal dining area and large kitchen are perfect for entertaining inside or enjoy outdoor dining with a spacious deck, large gas barbecue and seating for 10. On cool summer nights outdoor gas heaters are supplied. Also on the main level is the large master suite with queen sized bed including a comfortable sitting area and master bath with jetted tub. The master suite also has a door opening to a private balcony. There is an additional half bath on the main level. The upstairs level has an open loft with a second gas fireplace, television and a queen size leather sofa bed couch. 2 guests bedrooms are also located upstairs, one bedroom with a king sized bed and second with a queen sized bed and sliding door with balcony. Upstairs full bathroom is included.

You do not need to play golf to enjoy this fabulous home with a perfect centralized location close to all activities the valley has to offer.
