This self-catering apartment will appeal to visitors looking for peace and tranquillity within easy distance from Athens and in an unspoiled Greek town, with quick and easy access to popular beaches, tavernas and local facilities along the foreshore, and an historic and traditional Greek hinterland. (You can still see donkeys in everyday use.) Located on an elevated site with spectacular views across the bay and town, this brand new fully furnished maisonette apartment of 86sqm sleeps six persons on two levels. A personal garage is below with a 30sqm paved terrace. The first level has the kitchen, toilet, a bedroom and a living area with an outside covered verandah. Level two has the bathroom (with shower), a bedroom with an adjoining casual sitting area with a sofa bed and chairs. There is a door to the terrace. This new building is solidly built to modern standards with a casual, holiday decor and furnishings. This is a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Close to beach.
