The villa in 140 mq with two bedrooms two bathrooms and a big saloon with kitchen. The garden is about 9600 mq, partly in common with two villas. The swimming pool is private. Downstairs, underground, there are two rooms for 65 mq: laundry and tavern with 4 bed and another bathroom. So there are 6/8 places. San Felice is 5 minutes by foot and the lake is 3 minutes by car (15 min by foot).

In San Felice you can go to the beach, rent a bike, a car or a motorcycle, play golf, sail, swim, row or just relax in the garden. You can reach Verona, Brescia an Bergamo airports in one hour. Venice an Milan in two hours.
