Roda Golf Views, a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment situated in a sunny location a few short steps away from the swimming pool on a stunning 5 star golf resort.

This is a spacious apartment sleeping 4 comfortably with a master bedroom and en suite opening out onto beautifully landscaped gardens via patio doors. Second bedroom at the opposite end of the hallway with 2 single beds (mattresses zip together) and an additional toilet and shower room. The private terrace is large and slightly elevated away from public walkways, but at the same time just a few steps away from the pool. Apartment benefits from electric shutters to the lounge and master bedroom, air-conditioning, and central heating, cable TV with English and European channels. Roda Golf and Beach Club is an exclusive 5* resort with a 18 hole PGA Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas. Just 1.5Km from Los Narejos beach, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares a charming small town famous for it's blue flag beaches. Located on the Mar Menor close to the port of Cartagena, the historic city of Murcia and La Manga. Excellent apartment - exactly as described. Meet and greet went smoothly and a lot of information,restaurants etc was given to us..The property was spotless and well maintained and all our communicatios with the friendly owner were excellent.
The area was very quiet as this was the start of March. The restaurants all had friendly, courteous staff bur the food in general was not piping hot.There ia a wide selection of restaurants- Indian, Chinese, American and Spanis. The supermarkets nearby are very good. I think a car is essential for this location.
There are baech walks nearby which were very picturesque. All in all we had a very enjoyable time.

Beautiful complex and gorgeous apartment. Good self catering facilities. The apartment was spotless and very clean. Alll rooms are decorated very well and the terrace outside looks directly onto the pool. Nice distance from pubs and restaurants. Overall I was very pleased with all the facilities and the apartment and enjoyed my stay. Would definatly recommend.

Fabulous apartment in great location!

As a family with two young children we have stayed in many holiday apartments, and this one would definitely be at the top of the list! Everything we needed for a stress free holiday was available. The location of complex is ideal - close enough to shops, restaurants etc. but not so close as to cause any noise etc. The location of the apartment within the complex also could not be faulted - the kids could play safely around the pool whilst always been within view from the comfortably furnished terrace. We loved the contemporary decor within the apartment - everything looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday and with a choice of two dining areas (inside and on the terrace overlooking the pool) even staying in to eat was enjoyable! Overall a fantastic apartment that we would highly recommend and intend to visit again later in the year!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

WOW. For the first time a holiday apartment exceeds expectations. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made an excellent choice. Your local representative was very welcoming and gave us lots of information, from finding the supermarket to the best beech to go to. She also said she was available anytime for any questions we had, which we did and again she was very helpful.
The accommodation itself was perfect. Perfect location on the complex and really easy to find. The rooms we spacious and having 2 bathrooms was essential with 3 women and a toddler! The kitchen had all that we needed, we stayed in a couple of nights and prepared our own food and eat it on the veranda.
The apartment had the grass outside for my toddler to safely play on and the pool was less than 20 yards away. It was always clean and Fortunately not too busy.
The only possible suggestions i would say to make this absolutley perfect would be to have a DVD player and a BBQ. Other than that a perfect place to stay and will be recommending it to anybody who asks.
