It has provided of all kind of conveniences for making your stay enjoyable: air conditioned in every room, microwave, washing-machine, TV, DVD. Local internet next door, many bars and restaurants nearby, El Corte Inglés Supermarket behind the flat and all the buses just in front of the gate,also the airport bus!

Very cozy flat in a very good location to visit sevilla and nearby.Next to the most inportant places of intrest in town.Walking distance to Parque de Mª Luisa, Barrio de Santa Cruz, Alcazar.. All the buses in front of the gate and 2 stops from the Metrocentro, new tram that crosses the historical pedester center of Sevilla.

We visited Seville in November and felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is very well located and equiped. The owners are very helpful and gave us a very warm welcome. We would recommend this apartment absolutely!

Good clean reasonably priced option!

This flat is a 10-15 min walk/ 5 min busride to the historical centre. Its in a safe area and there is a bus that goes straight from the airport to the flat. The flat has three bedrooms and is clean and well-maintained with plenty of maps, brochures and restaurant recommendations and we were given breakfast supplies too. If you are not fond of a walk and are fussy about being in the historical centre, then this may not be the place for you but if you want a good, homely, cheap and spacious apartment that is pretty close, then its worth renting.

we lived in october 2009 in this appartement and everything was very good. it was very clean and you are in 10 minutes by walk in the old town. the owner is very very kindly and helpfull and the listing description is accurate regarding the location. i will remommend my friends this rental home.
