Crashing Waves Cabana LLC, welcomes you to Newport Beach, the most beautiful beach in California. Two houses from the sand and two house from the bay, this newly remodeled, 1000 square foot two bedroom, one bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a 15 second walk to one of the top rated beaches in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

Some of the most exclusive hotels in the world have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy. The main living space offers beautiful Italian tile, a gourmet kitchen, artwork by local artists, a 50 inch plasma screen TV and very comfortable couches that turns into beds.

The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals, and the dining area seats four.

The master bedroom offers gorgeous carpets, a king-sized bed with finely appointed 500 thread count linens and a 42 inch big screen TV.

Our second bedroom also offers beautiful tile floors and a 42 inch flat screen TV/DVD. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to form a King bed.

Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll.

The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is a few miles to the South. The surfing capital of the US, Huntington Beach is a few miles to the north. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry .ride from our harbor. We are locals, live close by, and own 7-vacation rental units in the beach area. We love to meet the interesting people that stay in our homes, and are constantly updating our home to make it as comfortable as possible.

Newport Beach is a dream location, and I have dreamed of buying here for almost 15 years. We were finally in a position to do it, and jumped at the opportunity to buy this home. Its so close to the beach and bay, a short walk to great restaurants and shops. You really never have to get in a car once you arrive.

We had a great time in Newport Beach staying here. The location was great, just a short walk to either the beach or the bay, and just a short walk to restaurants as well. The unit was clean, and very nicely updated. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with room to spare if you have more than 4. We'd definitely stay here again if we are back to the area.

Positive: VERY Cute, Clean and attractive, great price and for a small place is very roomy. Off street parking is great.
Negative: No view and noise from upstairs unit was terrible, but could have just been the family. Very limited kitchen supplies.
For the location and price I would stay again. Owners very easy to work with.

Thank you for your stay. I'm sorry for the guest upstairs, there were a group of women in town for a "girls get a way," it sounds like they were walking around with high heels on, which can create noise against the tile floor. We brough the issue to their attention, and I believe everything was resolved after that. Regarding the kitchen supplies, it's great feeback, and we just completed a Bed, Bath and Beyond run to pick up more things for the kitchen. Thanks once again for the great feedback, we hope to see you again soon!

This condo is fantastic! We are still raving about the perfect combination of updated style and functional features offered throughout the unit. Mornings were spent enjoying breakfast at home followed by a day at the beach complete with provided towels, beach bag, cooler, toys, surfboard and boogie board. Our family of 5 looks forward to future stays.
