Oriuolo Flat is a spacious and sunny 170 sq.mt apartment, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony, located on the master floor (1 st floor with no elevator) of a historical building in the center of Florence, right by Piazza del Duomo. Perfectly renovated and recently refurbished (Autumn 2006) to comfortably host up to 6/7 guests, the apartment offers a true taste of Florence. The entrance opens onto a corridor, with a characteristic hand carved and painted wooden beamed ceiling, which in turn leads into a spacious and sunny living room, complete with a single sofa bed, a large dining corner with a 19 Century table for 6/8, and a TV. To the right is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee maker. The sleeping area, with its 3 bedrooms, is in two separate sections. The master bedroom, with its double bed, is very silent, decorated in yellow drapes, and comes complete with a large en-suite bathroom.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, near (about 100 mts.) Piazza del Duomo and closet to the central station S.M.Novella, in the neighbourhood called S. Giovanni. All around are bars, restaurants and boutiques, but most of all the area is in the heart of what Florence has to offer all art lovers. For 1600 years now, the center of Florentine religious life has been the area known, respectively, as 'Piazza San Giovanni' and 'Piazza del Duomo'. This large, irregular square contains: the Baptistery of Saint John, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (the Duomo) with the excavations of Santa Reparata, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Museum of the Opera del Duomo, the Cathedral Canonries, the Lay Confraternity of Mercy, the Bigallo Portico, the Archbishop's Palace, the Column of Saint Zanobius, and the Pisan porphyry columns.

The second bathroom, with stall shower, is by the double bedroom on the main level, accessible from the corridor.
