Woodview Tahoe City Lodge welcomes you into its fantastic Great Room with warmth and comfort, and forest views from every window. Everyone can gather around the woodstove, entertainment center, kitchen bar, and the dining room. Or sink into the big outdoor hot tub for maximum relaxation! The three bedrooms each have a queen and two twin bunks, perfect for three small families or extended family groups.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open to each other, so everyone can be together no matter what they are doing. The Great Room has a big woodstove and hearth, super-comfortable leather couches and recliner, and a large TV with cable, DVD, VCR, and stereo. The dining table seats up to 10, and there are 5 bar seats at the kitchen island. You will find everything you need to create memorable mountain meals in the well-equipped kitchen. A sliding door from the dining area leads out to the deck, hot tub, and gas grill. And a whole trunk of games is provided for your family fun!
Also on the main floor are a full bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, cable TV, and DVD player.
The upstairs has a full bath and two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds (one of these also has cable TV).
You'll never have to be out of touch, though, with high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, and phone. The home comes equipped with a high chair and a pack-n-play for the little ones.
Included with your rental is access to the private Tahoe Park Beach, the nicest beach in North Lake Tahoe. There are grassy lawns, barbecues and picnic tables, volleyball, a playground, piers, and a sandy beach.
The Woodview Lodge is just two miles from Tahoe City, and 1.5 miles to Sunnyside. There is a paved bike trail through Sunnyside that leads south all the way to Meeks Bay, north to Tahoe City, and beyond Tahoe City all the way to Squaw Valley along the Truckee River. Or, hop in your raft or tube and float the legendary Truckee River from Tahoe City to River Ranch, a trip not to be missed in the summer. All the skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, gaming, nightlife, and water sports that North Tahoe has to offer are within a short drive.
