In the heart of Paris, the apartment offers a cosy accommodation for 2 – 4 people, even though the location itself is worthy the trip. You will rediscover the pleasure of strolling among the pedestrian’s market streets full of shops, restaurants and brasseries while Saint Eustache watches over you.
At the 3rd French floor, without elevator, the apartment consist of a nice living room (tastefully decorated in a modern style), a fully equipped kitchen corner, a comfortable and very quiet bedroom and a bathroom with WC, bidet and a large shower.

Paris is full of different people, and interesting cultural events.
To be in the center if Paris, very close to everything. Well connected with airports. Trendy quarter.
I stayed with two teenaged children and their grandmother. The appartment is accurately described in the listing and perfect for anyone who wants to have a nice, safe place to rest after exploring the city. Major attractions and the metro are just minutes away on foot and Montorgeuil is at the doorstep.
There are a few flights of stairs but no one, including my 63 year old mother had any difficulty negotiating them a few times per day.
We rented this apartment for a week for a business trip, where we wanted to stay a couple extra days for sightseeing and did not want to spend a fortune on a hotel. The location is fabulous -- the neighborhood is full of cute shops and bistros and is very relaxed, clean and safe. It is very convenient to the metro, requiring one transfer to get to the Eiffel Tower, and is about a 15-minute walk to the Louvre, 25 minutes to the center of the 1st district. Paris is a very walking-friendly city, so we enjoyed being able to walk most places. The apartment is a comfortable size, located on a quiet side street, with the living room and bedroom windows overlooking another side street and the kitchen and bathroom windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. I will note that there are cafes below, and without air conditioning, it's nice to keep the windows open, but open windows do let in noise and smoke from below. The windows are well-insulated, so for sleeping, noise wasn't an issue except one evening when people gathered outside as places closed. It is furnished nicely with a comfortable bed and modern amenities and was clean. There was TV (although only news stations in English, not that we watched much TV), and the internet speed was excellent (was able to log into work remotely with no issues). The property manager, Rocco, was friendly and helpful, and was waiting when we arrived to help us carry our bags upstairs. He arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, which was very fairly priced (especially arriving during Monday morning rush hour, and departing very, very early on a Sunday) and arrived on time. Apartment had all of the basics as listed, but was missing some essentials (hand soap in the bathroom, clean sponge for the kitchen), but there are pharmacies nearly every block, so it wasn't an issue. Sliding doors close off the bedroom, and there is a futon in the living room, so a family of four could stay here. Overall, excellent value for the money, and we highly recommend. If we ever visit Paris again, will definitely seek out this apartment again.
This was my 3rd time in Paris and 2nd time staying near Rue Montorgueil - I love this area! It is safe, has everything you need for a family stay in Paris. They are currently working on a public park nearby as well, which will make this area even better.
This aparment was great to stay in - it is off a small and very quiet street, it is pretty much all new inside: big bathroom, decent size family room and a small bedroom and kitchen. But it is enough for 2 or 3 people. The only downsize is that it is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
When I go to Paris again, I will definitely seek to rent this apartment again.
This was a pleasant and comfortable apartment on a nice block, half a block away from Rue Montorgueil, which is a fun place to be. It's an active pedestrian street with lots of cafes and food markets. The apartment is simple but has everything you need, including washing machine and wifi. It's quiet. It does involve going up three flights of somewhat dingy stairs, which didn't bother us. Our lovely manager, Rocco, helped us with our bags. It's not far from a metro stop, near Les Halles and about a 15-20 minute pleasant walk to the Louvre area.
My husband and I loved our three night stay here. The apartment is just as described and was just what we needed. The location was the highlight and we easily walked to most of the sights and with Les Halles 5 minutes walk away, anything further out was easy to access with the Metro or RER. We took the RER to the airport and it was simple to get there and back. Rocco was hospitable and met us for our early arrival and afternoon departure, explaining all the necessary details and walking us through the place. The Wifi was fabulous and it was a great bonus to have the code for out and about in the city. Montorgueil is a wonderful market street and we loved shopping here for goodies like wine, cheese and pastry and loved having so many good restaurant choices at our doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed for dining in or out and the modern bathroom with a big shower was definitely a plus for my taller husband (though he did have to duck a little to get up the stairs to the apartment!). As someone who loves Paris and has been several times, I would highly recommend staying in this area and at this apartment.
The apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed there for 6 nights with our two young children and it made a huge difference in having such a good place to go back at the end of every day (compared to an hotel room). The location is excellent as it is very close to pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants and local food markets, the Metro lines and some attractions (e.g. Le Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris). The apartment manager was very friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also very nice. Our overall experience with this apartment is excellent and we would definitively stay there again.
