The fun at 3 Aspen Butte starts in the spacious great room, where everyone can gather to watch TV or sit around the fireplace.

If you like something more active, you are just across the road from Fort Rock Park, where you can play on the tennis courts, the basketball courts or the playing fields. The home is also close to other action, including the new amazing aquatic center SHARC. (Passes will be available in 2013).

Back at the house, prepare your meals in the well appointed kitchen and eat in the handsome dining area, or use the barbecue and dine al fresco on the fabulous deck. You'll love the unscreened hot tub that offers a view of the wooded surroundings - a real treat because most hot tubs in Sunriver are screened off.

This two-story home includes three tasteful bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds, and the third one has a double bed and a twin. The layout offers privacy and is convenient for any guests with limited mobility.

3 Aspen Butte has room for everyone - and you can even bring your family dog. Whether you come here for a winter getaway or for fun in the sun, this will quickly become your favorite vacation home!

#32 was just right for our week of golf at the Pac Am golf tournament. Great location, golf course view, lots of deck space and everything we needed. We'll be back.
