La Marina Vacation Rental villa

I stayed at this property in June of this year with my husband,2 small children and Mother in Law and absolutley loved it.Situated half an hours drive from Alicante airport, the directions we were given were clear and easy to follow The area is within short driving distance to a variety of beaches,water parks and resturants and we were given excellent information from the vendor.We particullarly liked the night fair at Guardamar del Segura There is a good selection of resturants and bars within walking distance of the apartment as well.
The apartment itself is lovely and homely, spotlessly clean and we settled in immediatley. The communal pool was also lovely,clean and with a nice grassy area also. We were given keys to the communal pool so we knew that only a select few had access to it.
The property worked well for us due to the nature of the layout it has a bedroom with private bathroom upstairs which is where my Mother in law slept and we were with the children in the main area downstairs.
We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the veranda once the children were in bed and listening to the crickets with a nice cold bottle of wine.
I would highly recommend this property and we found the owners charming,helpful and informative.
