Situated on a quiet residential estate, our four bedroom villa with its own pool and open plan dining and living area makes it an ideal holiday home for all families. The kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped with all modern appliances, and the family living area has cable TV, hi-fi, DVD and an X-box. The pool area has a table and chairs for outside dining. Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms have double beds and the two other bedrooms have twin beds and share the third family bathroom. Located just a 15 minute drive from all the major attractions our home is an ideal base for the perfect family holiday, and somewhere relaxing to return to after a day out at the theme parks or shopping at one of the many local outlet villages.

Within a 15 minute drive of Disney and Universal theme parks. Easy access to both the Highway 4 and Highway 192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles from Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach. Posner Park offering designer shopping, cafe life, fine dining, bowling, cinema and other sporting and leisure facilities is also just a few miles away. Numerous shopping malls and outlet centres are all within easy reach.
