The Villa!:
Villa Arcadia is named after the Greek 'Arkadia' meaning a mythical place of peace and beauty- this luxury detached villa, ideally situated on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort with its panoramic sea views and glorious garden surely lives up to its name. It is a wonderful place to relax for couples, families, groups of friends, and keen golfers alike. The villa is comfortably and stylishly furnished to a high standard. The ground floor affords spacious open plan living
with sea views from all aspects, modern Italian furniture, a dining area to seat 8, stunning original art and wall panels. The kitchen has granite work surfaces, high spec appliances and quality equipment. An open marble staircase leads to the gorgeous master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony, and a second bedroom with en suite facilities. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own attached bathroom.
Garden, Pool and Local Representative:
The large South facing garden has a range of scented shrubs, palms, fruit trees, topiary and herbs. The pool has a shallow end and is suitable for children. There is a wide selection of garden furniture, sun loungers, 3 parasols and a BBQ.
Our property is managed by a local British couple who offer a comprehensive management service.
For 2 week stays, we offer a free mid stay clean.
We can supply a basic welcome pack with tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk, eggs, jam and biscuits at the cost of £25.
We can also offer a meet and greet service where you will be welcomed to the property and familiarised with the layout and equipment. You will also be advised of the location of local shops and restaurants.
Golf:
With over 340 days of sunshine per year, Cyprus is being discovered as an excellent golfing destination, Secret Valley Golf course plays to a par72 and measures 6120 metres. The Aphrodite Hills championship golf course is in a fantastic setting between 2 ravines and plays to a par71 and measures 6665 metres. It is only a 5 minute drive further up the coast.

Other Activities:
