STUNNING VERY LARGE TWO BED TOWNHOUSE, 5 MINS TO BEACH, PRIVATE GYM.

The townhouse is exactly as it looks in the photos. It is well equipped & kept in good condition.
It is the nearest townhouse to the Pool bar which worried me before we went but I needn't have worried because we weren't troubled at all by noise. The double bedroom is at the back of the house (further away from the Pool bar) and the only noise we heard was the dust men on a couple of mornings.
The complex is about a 2 minute walk from lidl & slightly further from the beach. We didn't hire a car- the buses are 3euro per day & you can go all over the place on them (we went to Polis which is 38km away). There are loads of restaurants within walking distance.
The complex is well maintained & Ian at the Pool bar is really helpful & serves good food.
All in all, I'd highly recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we'll definately be returning. We arrived at Kings Resort in the evening and were so delighted with the townhouse and the entire complex. I was slightly concerned that it would be noisy as we were directly opposite the cafe bar but if it was open later than 10pm any night Ian would lower the volume on the music and there was never a problem.
It took less than 5 mins to walk to Lidl supermarket and the bus stop. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk - Karlina's & Chloe's are highly recommended. Alternatively a 15 min bus ride (No. 615 into the Port) gives you even more choice - definately try Theo's fish restaurant!
If you just fancy a quiet night in but don't want to cook try out the cafe bar - Carol's homemade pizza's are amazing and Ian makes a mean Brandy Sour!
Ian can also book boat trips, arrange car hire etc - a very helpful chap.
We booked the Jolly Roger Pirate boat trip which is really best suited to younger children but our teenageers really enjoyed it, as did we!
The first week of our holiday we had a problem with one of the air con units & the digital box for the TV but Dave & Patricia had it rectified immediately. They were both so helpful - we can't thank them enough for a wonderful holiday.
Five of my friends now want the link for this townhouse after I posted photos on Facebook......think we'd better book for next year now!!

My wife and I have just returned from Paphos after spending 9 nights at this townhouse. It was our first time to Cyprus and we chose this property after reading the previous reviews, all of which were extremely positive. We were not disappointed, this property is excellent.
Patricia’s directions were easy to follow and on entering the house we were very pleased to see how big and clean it was.
We used a shortcut to walk to the Lidl supermarket which is nearby and also the bus stops. There are numerous bars and restaurants along The Tombs of The Kings Road.
The 615 bus stops are also close by and the bus runs every 15 minutes from Paphos harbour to Coral Bay until midnight. A daily €2 ticket gives unlimited trips within the Pafos Bus Area; get on and off any of their buses at will. The Bus terminal at the Harbour is the starting point for several routes. We preferred to use the buses as they are excellent.
Patricia was very helpful with my enquiries and the payment arrangements were very easy. If we were to return to the Paphos area we would hope to be able to rent this townhouse. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks Patricia.
