Modern, spacious and functional apartment with a good situation in Seville downtown (Triana neighborhood). About this apartment we can underline its big terrace with private swimming pool, a pleasure almost impossible to get in the downtown of Seville. As you can see in the pictures, the terrace has a big table with chairs under a big awning, so you can enjoy here any of the meals during the day or night; also in the roof, we find a private swimming-pool. The apartment is located in rehabilitation (year 2006) of a typical Sevillian house of 1888 with a central courtyard, which makes the apartment very luminous and quiet. As for its location, definitely is very good, situated very close to the following monuments and landmarks: La Maestranza bullring, Cathedral and Giralda, Golden Tower, Nuestra señora de la O church, etc.

During two important World Fair’s (1929 and Expo ‘92), these artistic landmarks increased in numbers beautifying even further our city. We’d also like to highlight various museums, buildings of great relevance, and bridges that are so characteristic of Seville.
