Ground floor 2 bed apartment located in Esplanada Residence in the most sought after sea front location in Hurghada.The apartment has sea views and is approx. 20 metres to the beach & just 5 min from the Airport, it also overlooks large green oasis and surrounding palm trees. The resort benefit from being at the beach front with its own shared large swimming pool and separate small pool for under 5's. Resort residents have full and free use of the sun loungers. in addition there are gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room facilities are available. Adjacent to the resort you will find one of the largest closed shopping centers in Hurghada (Esplanada Mall). The resort is located on Village Road, which has endless shops, restaurants, internet cafes, bars and great nightlife. For those of you who like to to have access to the internet, you find McDonald's directly behind the resort offering free Wi Fi access as well numerous internet.

Hurghada is divided into three parts, Downtown 'El Dahar' & 'Sakkala' is the oldest parts and 'El Korra way' (Refered to as 'Village Road' or 'Resorts way') is the most modern part and is located in the Touristic Centre. The Touristic Centre is where Hurghada comes alive, it streches for about 5 km with top 5 star hotels, shops, cafes, restaurants such as the Fish House and the Little Budda, Hard Rock Cafe lining both side of the promenade. Many restaurants, bars, shops, small pubs and Internet cafes are available all over the Hurghada. Every food taste from McDonalds to Japanese Gourmet food is available. The popular Sindbad hotel houses one of the most popular Aqua Parks directly next to Esplanada Resort and Mall. A day in the Aqua Park including lunch and use of the fun slides costs approx. £19, ideal for families with active kids! Alternately if you like exploring under the sea without getting wet, you can book yourself a submarine trip, also from the Sindbad Hotel at round £25

On arrival the apartment will have been cleaned. - Internet access is available free from McDonalds (directly behind the resort) offering free Wi Fi access as well numerous internet cafes around the resort. Whilst children are welcome & ground floor is convenience for wheelchair, the apartment has not been made 'child proof' or especially designed to accommodate disabled, Parents should be aware that the pool is unsupervised and children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
