Family holiday home in tranquil setting close to beach and golf

Two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse situated on the private & gated community of Vila dos Principes, in the five star resort of Praia D’El Rey. The house shares three large heated swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the gardens. The second bedroom, on the ground floor has two single beds and bathroom. The living / dining room, which opens directly to the exterior patio, has two sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, dining table and seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. On the exterior patio, there is a table and seating for four people, two sun loungers and a barbecue.

Located in the heart of the Silver Coast, 1 hour drive from Lisbon, Vila Dos Principes is a private gated development within the 5 Star resort of Praia D'el Rey. Praia D'el Rey is located near the medieval walled town of Obidos, famous for it's history and views from the castle walls. There is a selection of high quality restaurants within 10 minutes of Praia D'el Rey offering traditional cuisine at affordable prices. Located nearby is the Picturesque fishing village of Peniche, which has 16th century fortress and specialises in seafood restaurants, which are excellent and inexpensive. For shopping why not try the market town of Caldas Da Rainha or take a day trip to Lisbon for the best international shopping. There are three highly rated championship golf courses within the region at affordable prices. The Silver coast offers some of best unspoilt beaches in Europe.

We had an excellent stay. It was a luxurius place. Really nice and very clean, everythin worked ok.
