Villa Lavender is a newly renovated house consisting of 4 separate apartments. The property is perfectly located on a hill with fabulous views over the harbour of this quiet Dalmatian village of Splitska. The villa is 150m to the center of the village and the harbour with its seaside restaurants and cafes and close to the most popular beaches in the area. This apt is on the street level floor (the top floor of the house) and there are 2 joined apartments that sleep 7+1. One apt is a very spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apt with large balcony. This apartment is on 3 levels with sleeping on the very top floor in a double bedroom, twin bedroom, there is a single room with extra fold up bed on the entry level floor. Stairs lead down to a spacious and tastefully furnished open plan dining and living area that in turn opens onto the large balcony. In the dining area is a fully fitted modern kitchen. The second apt comprises twin bedroom with harbour view balcony plus kitchen/diner and shower room.

The property is perfectly located in a great position, on a top floor of a newly renovated house, with great terrace overlooking the Splitska village bay. Splitska is located 8km east from main town of the island, Supetar, it is easy accessible by car and daily connected by bus. In summer time there's also a possibility of transport by a small ship which sails from Split directly to Splitska.

No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.
