La Petite Maison is in the New Orleans Garden District. It is walking distance from Pascal Manales Restuarant, 'Home of Barbecue Shrimp', Charlie Steak House,and a few minutes away from the finest antique shops that New Orleans has to offer, four blocks away from the Freret Street Festival (held in mid April), 3 blocks to view Mardi Gras Parades and a short lazy ride to the Audubon Zoo. The CBD and French Quarters are only 6 minutes away.

La Petite Maison features two full-sized independent bedrooms, a full bath (shower and tub)- stocked with fresh crisp linen and towels, a great room for entertaining or leisurely lounging; and a nice back yard for grilling or boiling. La Petite Maison is located in a modest family neighborhood. Come once and you will come back again. As we say in New Orleans, ' Laissez les bon temp rouler.'

The second property The General is a 3 bedoom, 2 1/2 bathroom with 2 large rooms for entertaining or additional sleeping opportunities Available on iste are a sofa sleeper, futon, one twin bed, and roll-away bed. Each bedroom has a full bed, fresh linen, and cable TV access. One bedroomis an on suite (with full bath). The General has a side yard deck for grilling, sun bathing and wine tasting . Parking is available. This raised basement Katrina damaged home is newly renovated in time for Superbowl and Mardi Gras. It is located is just 3 short walking blocks away from La Petite Maison. Minutes from excitement, dining, and tour attractions.
