I started building houses in 1972 and built this one in 2004. We have built and moved many times, this neighborhood is the best.
Jim purchased this house in 2004
The quiet beach community. Beach, and walking, 300 feet to the best beach in the area.
Peace and quiet. Rest and relaxation! WATER VIEWS!!
Went for girls weekend and birthday celebration (50). Arrived to very clean, well stocked property. Lots of little added touches, soaps, games, movies etc. Owner was very nice. Would highly recommend this place, very spacious, loved the cleanliness and overall presentation of the rental. You will not go wrong from this property!
My wife and I spent a great weekend at La Conner. "Hope Island Suite" was a beautiful setting. The views at the river are beautiful. A great place to take your kayak. The accommodations were perfect. There is a large living area with a great TV. The bed was very comfortable and all bedding and towels were superb. If you have time take a short trip to Anacortes and visit Mount Erie. The views of the San Juans was unbelievable.
The property is very spacious and can sleep a lot of people. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful. The location is centrally located close to San Juan island and Whidbey Island but in quiet location. We recommend this property to friend or others.
My husband and I needed some down time and Hope Island Suite was the perfect place to unwind, relax, connect, and explore. It was a clean, open space. Had a very comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood and the owners were so nice. Loved the view of the water and the beach just a short block away. It had been a long time since my husband & I walked on a beach at sunset (very romantic). As an Artist I was thrilled with the beautiful setting on the beach. I wanted to draw everything. When I could get my husband away from the 60" TV, we explored La Conner, Anacortes, Mt. Erie (Awesome view), and Deception Pass. I highly recommend this homey, quiet get-away. We will be back!
My husband and I decided on a last minute getaway over the 4th of July. We decided on this cute little suite. It had everything we needed. The weather was nice, the location was quiet and the bed was comfortable! The location was great, so close to La Conner for a great meal. The fireworks were great!
We stayed a couple nights at the Hope Island Suite with our two small children (under age 6) and had a wonderful vacation! The unit was so quiet and the neighbors nearby were very friendly. We went to the beach everyday...a *very short* walk down the road. It is a gem of a beach! Exploring the charming town of LaConner nearby was also fantastic. Highly recommended!
Beach combing, walking, antiquing, Tulip Festival in April, Art's Alive in November, Farm Tour in La Conner. Boat launch for small boat and trailer, and kayaks, only 300 feet from your suite. Great kayaking.
